Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.Document technical issues and resolutions within the organization's knowledge base.Support software installations, updates, and license management.Monitor and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized IT teams.Help maintain IT inventory records, including tracking hardware and software assets.Provide basic training and guidance to employees on IT tools and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
- Availability to commit 20-30 hours per week for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
- Prior coursework or experience in IT support or related areas is an advantage.
